{TaxAssist Accountants Sidcup welcomes new owner  Mohamed Feroz has purchased the practice at 133 Station Road, Sidcup, Kent DA15 7AA from Paul and Carol Rodgers.}

TaxAssist Accountants Sidcup has a new owner, Mohamed Feroz (known as Feroz), who has acquired the practice from long-standing owners Paul and Carol Rodgers.

Paul and Carol, who successfully ran the practice for 13 years, will remain involved during a handover period to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

Feroz is an ACCA qualified accountant and has extensive experience in accountancy and finance. His expertise includes both individual and corporation tax planning and supporting business owners and directors with strategic financial advice.

“I am passionate about driving value for SMEs and have a strong track record in helping businesses to optimise growth, turnover, and profitability," said Feroz.

“The existing team will remain in place, and clients can continue to expect the high level of service they are accustomed to. We will continue to offer accounts preparation, tax returns, payroll, bookkeeping, tax planning, and broader business advisory and financial planning services.”

“I welcome anyone interested in learning more about our services to get in touch for a free initial consultation. You can visit us in person, call us on 0800 0523 555, or visit our website at www.taxassist.co.uk/sidcup.”

Carol said: “Although we are sad to be leaving our incredible staff and clients we are proud of what we’ve built and accomplished. Our growth has come from consistently doing great work, being proactive, and showing genuine care for our clients.

"We are confident that, with the same team and our ongoing support, Feroz will carry the business forward, continuing to provide an outstanding service to our clients and helping them also reach their goals.”
