CareYourWay Hertfordshire's Husband and Wife leadership team, Sobia Farooq and Shahid Shoeb, is celebrating after being named a finalist in the prestigious 2025 BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards, in a brand-new category of Dynamic Duo.

Launched in 2022, and the first Franchise Partner of this award-winning home care brand, CareYourWay Hertfordshire has made a remarkable impact on its local community in under three years. Combining Sobia’s background in nursing and Shahid’s expertise in law, the couple have blended their skillsets to create a care business rooted in compassion, professionalism, and operational excellence.

About the BFA and the Awards

The BFA (British Franchise Association) is the UK’s leading authority on franchising, dedicated to upholding ethical business practices and high standards. Established in 1977, it empowers businesses and individuals through accreditation, education, and expert guidance.

There are 56 finalists in the 2025 awards. 37% of entries were from brands that did not enter last year. Winners will be revealed at a black-tie dinner in Telford on 6th November 2025 following the association’s annual conference.
