The franchise network has now achieved 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction for 13 consecutive years.

TaxAssist Accountants is proud to have once again been awarded 5-star Franchisee Satisfaction from WorkBuzz, a leading independent franchise consultancy.

It works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them 21 questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is assigned an overall Franchise Survey Benchmark (FSB) score.

James Mattam, Group Director of Franchising, said: “We’re thrilled to have received this valued award for the thirteenth consecutive year.

“It’s testament to our unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding support, innovation, and partnership across the network and is a clear reflection of the trust our franchisees place in us.

“Every response matters to us and feedback is carefully listened to and acted upon as we continually seek to build on our successful strategies and systems.”

Due to positive feedback, TaxAssist Accountants received high benchmark results in the survey which informs the final Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark report. This report covers the critical areas of Training and Support, Leadership, Franchise System, Value and Rewards, Culture and Relationships and General Satisfaction.

Highlights of the survey include satisfaction with Shared Goals at 96%, Head Office Support at 89% and the brand at 89% demonstrating the effectiveness of the overall franchise business model.
