CareYourWay Franchising is celebrating a proud moment as it is officially named a finalist in the prestigious 2025 BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards. The brand has been shortlisted in the highly respected Franchisor of the Year – Emerging category, recognising the remarkable growth and impact the business has made since launching its franchise model in September 2021.

Founded in the small village of East Allington, Devon in 2005, CareYourWay is a family-run brand that has been delivering outstanding, person-centred home care services for the last 20 years. With a deep-rooted mission to transform lives through outstanding care, the business has built a reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation in their award-winning service.

Since franchising, CareYourWay has rapidly grown its network to 13 franchise partners, covering 14 UK territories — all united by a shared purpose to transform the standard of home care across communities. The brand is particularly recognised for its personalised approach, robust training programmes, and strong franchisee support — all of which have contributed to its impressive national growth in just a few years.

Now in its 36th year, the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards are among the most respected accolades in the franchising industry, celebrating businesses that show exceptional growth, strong values, and a commitment to ethical franchising.

Celebrating Excellence in Franchising

The 2025 finalists were selected from a competitive pool of entries, with 37% of submissions coming from brands who did not enter the previous year — reflecting the growing diversity and innovation in the UK’s franchising sector.
