CareYourWay CEO Sarah Sabater was named a finalist at the 2025 Encouraging Women into Franchising Awards, celebrating her empowering leadership in ethical, person-led franchising.

On Thursday 15th May 2025, leaders from across the UK franchising sector gathered at the NatWest Conference Centre in London for the prestigious NatWest Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWIF) Awards. The annual event celebrates the achievements of women driving innovation, leadership, and progress within the franchising industry — and this year, CareYourWay’s CEO Sarah Sabater was honoured as a finalist in the “Woman Franchisor of the Year”, and "Inspirational Women in Franchising of the Year" categories.

Sarah’s recognition reflects her bold and values-driven leadership within the home care sector. Since founding the CareYourWay franchise alongside her family, she has championed a person-centred, ethical approach to franchising — ensuring each franchisee is empowered, well-supported, and aligned with a shared mission of delivering outstanding care.
