CareYourWay, a family-run home care service, is now open in Alton, Farnham, and Farnborough, offering warm, compassionate care to people in the comfort of their own homes.

Led by Richard, Tracey, and Rachel, CareYourWay is built on values of kindness, dignity, and care that feels personal. With decades of experience in healthcare, business, and frontline services, the team’s mission is to support people in a way that feels heartfelt and truly individual.

A Heartwarming Opening

The launch event in Alton was a wonderful success, bringing together local residents, supporters, and partners for a day filled with community spirit. Special guests, including Town Mayor Annette Eyre, Karen from Dementia Friendly Alton, and Kerry from Age UK Surrey, were there to show their support for the new service.

Guests enjoyed tea, coffee, and an afternoon tea spread, served by Tracey’s son Josh and friend Ian. After everyone had settled in, the Mayor gave a speech, marking the official opening of CareYourWay, a proud and emotional moment for the family.

The afternoon also included a community raffle, generously supported by local businesses, and a fun game of bingo with chocolate egg prizes. One of CareYourWay’s companionship clients even won twice in the raffle, enjoying the afternoon with her daughter and son-in-law.

The event ended with a beautiful live performance by Marlow, who also works with Dementia Friendly Alton, leaving everyone uplifted and full of joy. In the spirit of giving back, the team raised £150 for Dementia Friendly Alton, a cause close to their hearts.

The family expressed their deep gratitude to everyone who came and supported them. The warmth they felt during the day truly reminded them of the importance of the work they do.

Rachel, their daughter, has 18 years of experience in the care sector. Her passion for helping others started at a young age and has only grown stronger over the years, especially since becoming a mother herself. This has deepened her empathy and understanding in her care approach.

Together, they are committed to delivering the kind of care they would want for their own loved ones, thoughtful, flexible, and focused on the little things that matter most.
