The event welcomed distinguished guests, including the Deputy Mayor of Chichester and the Chair of Chichester District Council, along with CareYourWay’s award-winning CEO, Sarah Sabater, who joined in commemorating this special occasion. A friendly game of bingo brought plenty of smiles, while a fantastic raffle, held in aid of Age UK West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, raised funds for an important cause. Her background in the foot health and care sector, along with experience in senior roles, has given her invaluable insight into person-centred care. As the Director and Registered Manager of CareYourWay Chichester, Gemma is committed to ensuring that every individual receives compassionate, tailored support that empowers them to live independently and with dignity. Her leadership is built on kindness, respect, and an unwavering dedication to the highest standards of care.

Mark brings over 15 years of experience as a Business Manager across multiple industries, with expertise in leadership, operational excellence, and service quality. However, it was his personal journey that truly ignited his passion for the care sector. Having supported both of his parents through their care journeys, Mark understands firsthand the profound impact of outstanding care—and the consequences when it falls short. His experiences have fueled his commitment to ensuring that CareYourWay Chichester delivers the best possible support, always prioritising the needs and dignity of those receiving care.
