Since launching the franchise in 2021, Sarah has helped establish 14 offices, each transforming lives through outstanding-quality care—one home, one family, and one person at a time. Her proactive approach to franchising has also led to her recognition as an ambassador for both the West Country Women organisation and EWiF itself, further solidifying her influence in the sector. Beyond this, she holds esteemed positions such as sitting on the Care Innovation Summit Advisory Board and chairing a panel of industry experts at the upcoming Care Roadshow in Liverpool, in May. Most recently, she was invited to speak on a guest panel at the 2025 Leading Women in Care Awards, where she shared her insights on leadership, innovation, and the future of care.
