In September 2024 Simon Dugan became one of Countrywide Signs’ newest franchisees, taking on the very promising Bristol & Bath territory. Following his training in October he has been able to leverage franchise’s reputation to immediately set up some work with quite a number of local estate agents. Just as well, as he also has 3 adult sons who want to get in on the action as soon as the business has grown big enough! 

In 2025 he is still doing incredibly well. In just his first two full months in business, he’d started working with 27 different local agents, and invoiced more than £3k for December 2024 alone. He’s already reached around 80% of his workload capacity, so he is now seriously considering taking on a 2nd van and driver to help meet demand. The work just keeps pouring in!

Simon has always been very ambitious about growing his own business, and the Countrywide Signs franchise is helping him do exactly that. His goal was to be part of a management franchise where he could eventually oversee at least 4 or 5 vans and really tap into every scrap of the vast potential of his new territory.

With the start he has already had, we’re very confident he will succeed!
