Buckinghamshire Care provider wins top UK Franchise Industry award

Janis Anderson, MD of Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) has been crowned this year’s winner of the coveted BFA HSBC Franchisee of the Year Award 2013. The Buckinghamshire businesswoman made it a double win by also clinching the award for Female Franchisee of the Year.

Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) scooped up the top prize, beating a number of other finalists who were in the running for this prestigious award. Kevin Lewis, CEO of Caremark Limited, together with other members from the Central Support team were there to support Janis on the night and were thrilled with the results.

Janis’s ability to deliver a high quality service to clients while driving her business forward, clearly impressed the judges right from the start. Her passion for her business, plus her skill and steely determination to succeed on every level clearly shone through, demonstrating to the panel that one can embrace growth without compromising standards of care.

Reflecting on her success, Janis commented “It’s brilliant to be recognised for all the hard work which contributes towards Caremark’s success, especially at such prestigious awards. I became a Caremark franchisee at a challenging time when cuts were being introduced but this spurred me on to drive the business forward and we have since grown from strength to strength. At Caremark we pride ourselves on our staff, and the team excels at ensuring only the best level of service is provided for all of those we look after. I’m thrilled this effort has been rewarded and excited for what the future has in store.”
