Right at Home UK was thrilled to be named Established Franchisor of the Year at the bfa HSBC British Franchise Awards last month, beating five major household and international brands.

Nearly 600 people gathered for the event, known as the ‘Oscars of franchising’, to celebrate franchisees and franchisors who have stood out for their exceptional endeavours. 

The Established Franchisor award reflects Right at Home’s unwavering commitment to providing quality care services and exceptional support to more than 80 franchise offices across the country.  

Over the last 12 months, we have steered our network to thrive in the face of adversity, by concentrating on a comprehensive strategy that moves the dial to address sector challenges. 

This has involved spearheading several campaigns to educate both policymakers and the general public on the issues facing the industry and the vital work carried out by community care professionals. We have also driven innovation by introducing new systems that deliver multi-faceted advantages to franchisees and their staff, and future proofed the brand by entering the clinical care space. 

The award rounds off a fantastic year for Right at Home, after winning a string of accolades including the Outstanding National Homecare Provider Gold Award at the 2024 Homecare Awards.

It was also closely followed by our win at the LaingBuisson Awards, where we took home the Excellence in Training accolade for our commitment to delivering world-class training programmes to our network, supporting their recruitment and retention efforts.
