{Sarah Sabater Appointed Ambassador for Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWIF)!}

Sarah Sabater, CEO of CareYourWay, has been appointed an ambassador for Encouraging Women into Franchising, aiming to mentor and empower women in business.

We’re excited to announce that Sarah Sabater, CEO of CareYourWay, has been appointed as the new Encouraging Women into Franchising (EWiF) Ambassador for the South West! This incredible role is a recognition of Sarah’s dedication to supporting, mentoring, and empowering women in the franchising world.

A New Role to Empower Women in Franchising

Sarah’s new position is a reflection of her passion for helping women succeed in business, as well as her extensive experience in leadership and franchising. EWiF is a wonderful organisation that supports women at every stage of their franchising journey—whether they’re just starting to explore the model, looking to franchise their own business, or seeking to attract more female franchisees into their networks.

Nearly 20 Years of Expertise in Home Care

With almost two decades in the home care sector, Sarah has played a key role in shaping CareYourWay into one of the UK’s leading home care providers. Her hands-on experience has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful business, making her a strong advocate for franchising as a powerful, empowering career path for women.

A Proven Franchisor

Since launching CareYourWay’s franchise model in 2021, Sarah alongside her family-run team has expanded the network to 14 franchise outlets, showing firsthand the amazing opportunities that franchising can offer. As a franchisor and leader, she’s uniquely positioned to mentor and guide women looking to enter the franchising space and share the insights she’s gained from her own experience.

Supporting Women Through Mentorship and Advocacy

In her new role as EWiF Ambassador, Sarah will be focused on helping and inspiring women who are interested in franchising—guiding them through the process and helping them build successful businesses. She will also work alongside other industry leaders to address challenges within the franchising world and create even more opportunities for women to thrive.

As part of her role, Sarah will:

  • Mentor women who are exploring franchising, offering guidance and practical advice.
  • Facilitate networking opportunities, connecting female entrepreneurs and franchisors to build a supportive community.
  • Advocate for women in franchising, working to break down barriers and promote franchising as an empowering business model for women.

Leading with Integrity and Collaboration

Reflecting on her new position, Sarah said:

“I’m truly honoured to be joining EWiF as an ambassador. Franchising has been a life-changing journey for me, and I’m excited to help other women see the incredible possibilities it offers. My work in home care has always been about making a positive impact, and now I’m thrilled to help women build businesses that change lives.”

Sarah’s leadership is rooted in integrity, collaboration, and service—values that have driven CareYourWay’s success and will now guide her work at EWiF. By sharing her expertise and experiences, she hopes to inspire more women to embrace franchising with confidence.

Looking Ahead

Sarah’s appointment marks an exciting chapter for both CareYourWay and the wider franchising community. Her passion for supporting others will no doubt motivate many women to explore franchising as a route to business success.
