Access4Lofts are very happy to announce that the new owners of the 100th Access4Lofts territory will be joining them for training at the end of January. A milestone like this so early in 2025 is big news indeed!

New franchisees, Kevin & Jude in Oxford, will be joined by their counterparts from Rochdale and Wolverhampton as the newest members of our growing network. Keep an eye out for more news about them all soon.

As with all new franchisees, they’ll be leaving their training with a branded van jam-packed full of equipment and supplies, as well as a whole list of pre-qualified leads for their new area, all designed to given them the best possible start in their new business.

Of course, passing this 100 territory milestone does mean there are fewer areas still available around the UK. So, if you’ve got a location in mind for building your own new career with the help of the Access4Lofts franchise in 2025, now’s a great time to get in touch before someone else snaps it up!

So, if you live in or near these areas, or know someone who does, I recommend you don’t leave it too long:

Scotland: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Perthshire

Home Counties: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and Hampshire

South West Wales

West of England: Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, 

Midlands: Hereford, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Worcester 

North of England: Yorkshire, Humberside, Durham

East Anglia: Norfolk

Greater London: limited postcodes remaining 

You might notice some of these areas are geographically larger than others; for example Devon is a huge area compared to Glasgow, but all of our territories are carefully calculated to be the same size in terms of population and customer base. Every area has approximately 150,000 potential customers. As you can expect to service around 250+ a year, there’s 

plenty to keep you busy for a very long time to come – especially with so many new builds planned all around the country!

We have interested parties in every single one of these territories, but no-one has made a commitment yet, so they are still available on a first-come first-served basis. However, that won’t last for long! 

Our next training session is in March, so there is still time to sign on and be up and running in your new business by spring, but only if you act soon.
