{What The Travel Franchise revealed at its star-studded UK 2025 Conference! }

Over 500 franchisees and travel partners attended The Travel Franchise’s 2025 UK Conference in Wolverhampton last weekend to celebrate the company’s exceptional growth and announce new initiatives for the year to come.

Themed ‘The Next Chapter’, visionary co-founders Paul Harrison and Steve Witt highlighted extraordinary milestones which included:

  • Millions in extra commission paid to consultants
  • Record-breaking average booking values and the highest ever bookings per consultant per month
  • 8 major overseas trips hosted for consultants
  • A stronger and larger Business Development Manager and training team
  • Unstoppable preferred partnerships with key suppliers that give our consultants the edge
  • A support and operations team handling an astonishing 29,000 calls and 36,000 emails while maintaining industry-leading wait times

Said Witt: "The last few years have been nothing short of phenomenal. We've invested millions in cutting-edge technology and our amazing team. With an incredible leadership team and a powerhouse of industry experts, we’re ready to skyrocket our sales even further!"

Three of the company’s celebrity ambassadors were present including:

  • Eamonn Holmes OBE, the legendary broadcaster
  • Daley Thompson CBE, Olympic gold medallist and all-around legend
  • Hayley Sparkes, TV presenter and travel expert

But even these big names couldn’t outshine the keynote speaker, the incredible Dame Irene Hays - Chair of Hays Travel, the largest independent travel agent in the UK.

Dame Irene took the stage to commend the company’s rapid growth and shared some exciting news:

That The Travel Franchise’s consumer-facing brand Not Just Travel is not only outperforming the market — but that more and more consumers are choosing travel consultants for their holiday bookings! This is huge news for anyone thinking of starting a travel business right now.

Word of the company’s success has clearly spread. Over 50 top travel suppliers (including the Jamaica Tourist Board, EasyJet, Virgin Voyages, TUI, Beachcomber, P&O Cruises, MSC Cruises and Gold Medal and more) attended the conference to showcase their offerings, giving consultants the chance to network, discover the latest travel trends, and get a sneak peek at what’s coming in 2025 and beyond.

During the two-day conference the co-founders also revealed big news about further investment in tools that will empower our consultants to thrive even more in 2025 - including free access to the industry-leading T-Profile quotation tool which allows consultants to create professional-looking quotes in minutes.

As co-founder Paul said: “"The response from our franchisees has been nothing short of phenomenal. I’m bursting with excitement for what 2025 will bring. We’re on a path to even greater success, and the future is looking brighter than ever!"
