TaxAssist Accountants awarded 5-star franchisee satisfaction

The franchise network has now achieved 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction for 12 consecutive years.

TaxAssist Accountants is proud to have once again been awarded 5-star Franchisee Satisfaction from WorkBuzz, a leading independent franchise consultancy.

It works by inviting existing franchisees to participate in an anonymous online survey which asks them 31 questions about their franchise ownership experience. Using a consistent methodology, the franchise is assigned an overall Franchise Survey Benchmark (FSB) score.

Sarah Robertson, Group Director and UK Managing Director of The TaxAssist Group, said: “I’d like to thank our franchisees for all the feedback we have received. Every comment will be read and digested and is hugely valuable to help us evaluate strategies and shape future support.

“I’d also like to congratulate the Support Centre team. They do a fantastic job in supporting our network and this award is a recognition of all their hard work, dedication and expertise.

“We know that people who are considering joining our network value the inside perspective from the franchise network, and this survey reflects that our strategies and model deliver what we promise.”

Due to positive feedback, TaxAssist Accountants received high benchmark results in the survey which informs the final Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark report. This report covers the critical areas of training and support, products and services, marketing, franchisee-franchisor relations and leadership and rewards.

Highlights of the survey include satisfaction with the Brand at 91%, Shared Goals at 91%, Head Office Support at 90% and the System at 86% demonstrating the effectiveness of the overall franchise business model.
