Caremark continues to strengthen its support team

Successful home care franchisor, Caremark Ltd, continues to grow its regional support team with the recruitment of two new managers covering Caremark’s northern territories.

The recruitment drive has been prompted by Caremark’s network of franchisees continuing to expand, with a number of new offices opening in the north of England and one in Northern Ireland. This latest addition of high calibre staff ensures the ratio of franchisees to regional manager is kept to an optimum level of operation, providing regional managers every opportunity to make regular site visits to all their respective franchisees and provide a high level of support in line with Caremark’s excellent standard of service.

Ally Forster is the new regional support manager for the Northwest, while Angela Sutherland, takes up the post for the Northeast area.

Both new members of the team come with a wealth of franchising and support experience and are looking forward to getting to know their respective areas. They will take over their individual regions once they have gone through their induction period and successfully completed the in-depth training programme which takes place in early June, at the company’s head office in West Sussex.

Caremark, a national home care franchisor, has offices throughout the UK, providing care and support for people of all ages, abilities and ethnicities within their own homes and in the wider community, enabling them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
