Right at Home Managing Director, Ken Deary, summarised the exciting growth of the UK network: “We are now seeing some fantastic growth from the franchisees – a couple of our early franchisees are going to reach £500,000 turnover inside their second year, which is phenomenal, while most of our newest franchisees, who have joined us in the last 9 months, have also significantly outperformed the early projections.

“One franchisee has made significant profits in just his third month of trading. System-wide, sales are growing massively month-on-month and we’re delighted to be riding on such a wave of success.”

Ken added: “In 18 months we’ve gone from our pilot office to recently agreeing our 14th office, which will be opening in Eastbourne.

“In that time we were finalists in the Best Franchise Awards 2012, after our early franchisees gave us a wonderful 97% rating in an independent satisfaction survey.

“This demonstrated the success of our support and mentoring strategies, which are our main focus as an ethical UK franchisor.

“We are determined to support franchisees to help them provide the highest standards of quality care and grow their profiles. Our belief is that profitability only comes from the provision of a quality service.”

Right at Home’s UK growth has been such that the company has also recently upgraded to Associate Member status with the British Franchise Association.

It will be attending its first BFA Franchise exhibition at Birmingham’s NEC in October, followed by the London Olympia in March 2014.
