The founders of Radfield Home Care, siblings, Dr Hannah MacKechnie and Alex Green have once again been recognised in the 2023 Home Care Insight Power List under the Business Executive and Care Innovators categories respectively. The list features the top 25 influencers in the UK care sector, who are significantly impacting and improving the industry.

Meanwhile, Hannah's influence as CEO is felt throughout the organisation as she perpetuates the provision of the highest quality care for clients and training for franchise partners.
Under Hannah’s leadership, our franchise partner onboarding and training program, the Radfield Runway was recognised in 2022 with a Princess Royal Training Award, selected and presented by Princess Anne. This is the second year in a row that Hannah has featured on the Home Care Insight Power List.
