The franchise is the UK’s premier Drama in Education company for the early years with classes being delivered across the country for the last 20 years. They offer a blend of interactive storytelling and dramatic play for 6 months to 7 years. They work with schools, nurseries, children’s centres and in local venues across Northampton and the surrounding areas. From weekly classes and after school clubs to parties and intergenerational classes, the repetoire of the franchise is far reaching and can be tailored to the strengths and interests of each franchise owner. This opportunity has a dedicated Head Office Team, who are hands on with every element of the business including training, collaboration, ongoing CPD, support and advice. Similarly, the network of franchisees regularly communicate, ask questions and share ideas to support each other in delivering the highest quality of classes to their customers. Responsibilities
This role is for Franchise Owner of the Northampton territory. Day to day responsibilities include: delivering high quality classes, recruiting new customers and settings, delivering strong customer service, keeping on top of finances and payroll, regularly implementing marketing and social media along with other tasks that contribute to the success and growth of your business.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organisation skills
Full driving license and access to a car
Prior experience working in the education or childcare sectors is beneficial but not essential
Good sense of humour
