We have been trading in a Newmarket for over 28 years and the time has come to retire.
Since moving to a much smaller town centre unit, 3 years ago we have saved on overheads plus we have a better trading position and much better footfall.
We also have a large workshop on a business park a couple of miles out of town.
Sale includes all relevant equipment.
We currently operate 6 days a week with my wife and I and a part time member of staff and have an online ordering website also.
This is room to expand the business.
The shop is in a main pedestrianised throughfare between the indoor shopping centre and the high street.
** NEW INFORMATION**
Our main framing competitor has closed.
We are now the only main framer in town.
Another photo printing shop has opened in town, as yet no impact on our business.
The business position is that the staff member runs the shop 4 days a week with support from myself if needed while I am at the workshop making up the posters ,canvas ,gifts, frames etc.
This would suit a similar set-up. Could also be run as a ‘one man band’ closing a day or 2 in the week.
