ESTABLISHED WOMEN’S WELLNESS E-COMMERCE BRAND – £50K+ SALES & 1,500+ ORDERS
Solance is an established women’s intimate wellness e-commerce brand launched in January 2025.
Since launch, the Shopify store has generated over £50,000 in sales from more than 1,500 orders, building an established brand, customer base and significant history of paid advertising and product testing.
The business operates predominantly through a dropshipping/white-label model, with no significant stockholding and low fixed overheads.
RECENT TRADING & REASON FOR SALE
Sales have reduced since summer 2026, largely because I stepped back from the business following the death of my partner earlier this year. Advertising investment was reduced and subsequently paused rather than the business continuing to be actively scaled. I am now a single mum and my priorities have changed, so I have made the decision to sell Solance rather than continue developing it myself.
I want to be transparent about this upfront so a buyer understands that recent trading reflects the reduction in advertising and my personal circumstances.
META ADVERTISING HISTORY
One of the most valuable assets for a new owner is the significant Meta advertising history and testing already carried out around a female wellness audience.
Almost £27,000 has been invested in Meta advertising, testing different audiences, products, messaging, creatives and campaigns.
A buyer therefore isn't starting completely from scratch. The business comes with historical campaign data, audience signals, creatives and learnings that can be reviewed and built upon.
OPPORTUNITY TO EXPAND THE BRAND
Solance could continue to be developed around its existing feminine wellness products, but there is also an opportunity to build it into a broader women’s wellness brand. A new owner could test complementary products across feminine care, supplements, personal care, beauty and wellness supplements using the existing brand and e-commerce infrastructure.
Solance could also be particularly attractive to an existing women’s wellness, beauty, supplement or e-commerce business looking to add an established brand, customer base and advertising history to its existing operation.
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
Customer acquisition to date has been predominantly through Meta. Several potentially significant channels have had little or no development, including Amazon, TikTok, Google Ads, influencer/UGC partnerships and structured email/retention marketing.There is also considerable scope to introduce additional and complementary products as mentioned above.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
The sale includes the Solance brand, Shopify website/store, domain, existing customer and email database, Meta advertising history and campaign data, advertising creatives, digital and social media assets, product and supplier relationships, and historical product and marketing learnings.
A handover will also be provided to help the new owner understand how the business has been operated.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
From January 2025 to September 2026, Solance generated £50,222.55 in total sales from 1,509 orders, with £8,887.26 reported net profit after Meta advertising spend and supplier payments.
Approximately £26,912 was invested in Meta advertising during this period, including audience, creative and campaign testing.
Sales reduced during 2026 as I stepped back from the business and advertising was subsequently paused.
