Being set up in late 2022, the business has been a part time venture around other commitments, and is extremely easy to run. However, I am selling due to a lack of time to grow the business.
Grow Business Apps sells ready made saas business apps for agencies to then resell, or as a further business opportunity. For example, we have a social media marketing tool, which can create content and post to Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin instantly. We also have an email communication app, newsletter creation app, and much more.
The apps have been listed on listing websites such as acquire, flippa and ebay, and this has been very successful.
The apps have been built using no code, meaning that anyone is able to build, develop and manage the apps using Bubble.
We have very high margins, are in a great niche, and profits could be increased dramatically with some strategic marketing (including Google and Facebook ads). The apps can either be sold as a plain white-label app, or as a branded app, which is seen by customers as more valuable.
There is no set price for each of the apps, however they could go from around $500 for an unbranded app, to up to $1600 for a branded in-demand app.
There is lots of room and potential for growth, for example more hours should lead to more revenue, but also increased advertising and marketing. We have two main target audiences, and so either of these can be marketed to more aggressively. There is also no recurring income, which is another business opportunity.
