This business is a well established vending round which comprises of sweet, Pringle, toy capsules and electronic machines. This business owns, services and maintains coin operated and electronic machines which stock a variety of products. This ranges from food, drink, toys and Pokeman cards. These are situated across different locations mainly within Lincolnshire which creates a reliable income/revenue annually.
There are also 2 vehicles either of which can be purchased with the business at an agreed negotiated price. These vehicles are:
1 x Volkswagen caddy maxi 2016 2 litre diesel (top of the range)
1 x Citroen despatch 2018 2 litre diesel lwb fully equipped and fitted internally for the business requirements.
The cashflow is created in the following way. The sites where the vending equipment are placed take a commission based on a % from the sales from the machines or alternatively a % is paid to specific charity organisations based on the sales from the machines in situ.
This generates a regular financial income giving the business a profit once all the running costs are deducted. This is a debt free business. Yearly accounts are created by a registered accountant in a timely manner.
Transition period will be available to new operator for a approx period of 4-6weeks. This will include my time to visit all locations with the new operator with routine tasks of maintaining, emptying and filling all machines.
If required consideration will be taken into selling certain rounds (area) individually. If purchased as a whole business (all machines and sites) then a discount will be applied.
Areas are: Doncaster, Hull, Scunthorpe, Skegness, Goole, Lincoln, Grimsby, Thorne and surrounding areas.
Only selling due to reaching retirement age myself.
