We are a fully licensed and independent travel agency holding the coveted Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL) No. 2413, issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). Our license allows us to arrange flights, bespoke holidays, and guided tours for our clients, with a particular focus on tailor-made itineraries, multi-center holidays, and Safaris, especially in Kenya and Tanzania, culminating in a relaxing beach stay in Zanzibar. Our expertise also extends to booking cruises and religious pilgrimages in destinations such as Jerusalem, Sri Lanka and Umrah and Hajj in Saudi Arabia and extensive guided tours within India, both religious and all other cities with all the sight -seeing and excursions.

We use Galileo (Travelport) for all flight bookings, providing our customers with live availability for every airline. We are an IATA TIDS (Travel Industry Designator Service) Agent, giving us full control over every booking, enabling us to make changes, re-book, or cancel as necessary. We issue our Confirmation of Reservations/Invoice and an ATOL Certificate for every booking and payment, providing full financial protection for our clients under our license.

As experts in our field, we monitor and maximize profits on all flights, hotel bookings, excursions, and transfers in Economy, Club, and First Class. Our payment system accepts credit, debit and Amex cards, and we have negotiated special rates with our merchant, providing us with quick and efficient payment processing, usually funds received within 24 hours.

We carry Professional Indemnity, Director’s, and Officer’s Insurance, providing our customers with peace of mind when booking our bespoke and multi-center holidays, which are often impossible to book online. Our extensive experience, knowledge and attention to safety make our service both valuable and cost-effective for our clients.
OUR TURNOVER

 Our turnover for the year 2018-19 was £605,364.
 During the pandemic year 2019-20, our turnover was £595,002.
 We were severely impacted by the pandemic's onset in 2020-21, which resulted in a
turnover of -£59,923.
 Despite the pandemic's challenges, we have bounced back with a turnover of £420,475
in 2021-22.
 We project and estimate a turnover between £1.0 to £1.2 million in 2022-23.

Our premises are conveniently located on the ground floor, facing the main road, with two vehicle parking spaces on the driveway. Our building is a freehold property that includes a three-bedroom flat rented out on a shorthold tenancy, generating almost £1,000 per month. All other utility bills are payable by the tenant. Downstairs, we have two toilets, a small kitchen, central heating, an alarm, and CCTV, ensuring the premises are fully protected.

We have invested heavily in technology, including a new telephone system with call recording, enabling us to answer calls from any part of the world, using the mobile with wi-fi connection. All our local and mobile calls are free within the UK, limited to 60 minutes at any one time. We get 100 minutes of free international calls to all landline numbers. We recently renovated our office and flat, and we are in process of rebuilding a new online site.

We have been in business for 37 years, generating a loyal customer base, with many recommendations. Our Directors will assist with the handover, subject to conditions permitting. The sale includes the freehold building, all fixtures and fittings, and our computers, which will reset to factory settings due to the presence of confidential files.
