The restaurant is located in one of the busiest areas in Brighton and sees a high footfall throughout the year. On entering the restaurant, across the ground floor and first floor there is space for 60 diners.
Towards the rear of the premises is a games room and additional dinning space with stairs then leading to the kitchen on the 1st floor.
There are 2 separate toilets adjacent to the games area. Separate stairs leading down to the basement, which is currently being used for storage, however it has also been used to hold a number of private parties which have been very popular.
The fully fitted kitchen located on the 1st floor has brand new equipment, full extraction and air conditioning. The kitchens are equipped to a very high standard with all equipment bought within last 2 years.
There is additional seating on the 1st floor for a further 34. On the 2nd floor is a large event space which is used for private functions and gigs and is a very adaptable and versatile space. There is also seating for an additional 16 covers at the front of the restaurant.
