We are established business offering ready made website businesses to a huge and growing community of entrepreneurs from around the world. Established in March 2023, we have experienced growth since day one, with this year proving extremely good as we expand our products to include AI-orientated services.
It has been run on a part time basis around other jobs and we acquired some of the assets online to help this start trading. We identified the opportunity back in early 2022 for pre-packaged businesses which people can run from home and we set about building all aspects required. Our website is very under utilised as the 3rd party marketplaces are a ready made channel to source potential clients, so traffic is low, but can easily be grown further.
The business offers e-commerce (Shopify and Woocommerce), web apps (software), AI businesses and rank and rent businesses together with all the content, support material, training and even full guides so it is a complete package. The e-commerce is concentrated on the personalisation market with the ability to edit products online and build a unique element. These websites are able to rebranded and sold over and again.
Our website has a significant amount of information on each product to ensure the client is fully aware of the inclusions and the potential avenues of the business. We seek to provide exceptional value from the very first contact.
The business is split into 2 distinct product ranges – Website businesses and web apps. The web apps are the most profitable and in-demand as they offer clients a recurring revenue stream. Most of these were acquired by ourselves then have been customised to a degree. They are all built using Bubble which is a no-code development tool so can be managed and edit by anyone. Costs of hosting for these are $32 per month with this paid for by the client.
Marketing
We predominately promote on marketplaces and third party websites which keeps our cost base low and only had a website developed last year to support the operation. This acts as point of referral and offers significant opportunity for growth.
Certain platforms work better such as Businesses for sale is very effective for e-commerce whilst side projectors and acquire are best for the tech and web apps. Acquire work very well if you have a live domain and app with even a few users with these gaining a far higher level of return. In such cases, we set up the app, create a brand (using Canva) and list on X, LinkedIn etc to get a few users onboard before selling.

Websites such as Side Projectors offer placed ads at $10 per day which we have tried for our Web Apps as well as Reddit.
We have a small mailing list of around 100 consisting of leads expressing an interest.
Running costs
We have kept running costs very low and our server costing us $10 per month – we can help you set this up too. All web app costs are settled by the client only when they go live. If you were to market a branded web app, Bubble offers 14 days free trial for each app and then $32 per month.
Revenue
We have made around £20k net profit in the last 12 months. Proof is available to serious parties ONLY. We can verify and provide proof of all incomes.
We have valued the business as this level because it needs work to develop the website exposure and there is no recurring revenue at present (this would be possible though). It is very digital asset heavy with many possible opportunities to grow this.
