A bespoke ‘mobile’ events company. Which has evolved and been fantastic the past years, but its principals now wish to move into a ‘fixed’ event location.
While predominantly mobile bar based, our company has offered catering, dressing, event creation, styling as well as dry hire.
We have a number of specialist units, which are used as ‘features’ at events and draw in a lot of attention.
-We have two converted vintage caravans. Both really versatile, set up with everything you could need, including beer taps, sinks, electrics and easily towed to events.
-A purpose made flat pack red telephone box with built in gold phone taps for draught cocktails, beer, Pimms etc.
-A fully operational 1965 vintage Morris Minor converted as another mobile bar unit.
-A wooden chalet bar originally converted for a festive unit at Bicester village
-Three internal bars, a mirror bar, flower bar and a wooden bar.
-A shipping container
-A high top black van
-A large section of table, chairs, foliage, signs, festoons, glasses, stock, equipment everything you would need for running the business and more.
-Pre made brochures, and images to share
-We currently are the external bar supplier for Blenheim Palace events
-As well as supplying bars for a number of years at the U.K.s top festivals including Boardmasters, Boomtown, Secret garden party, Camp Bestival, Silverstone Grand Prix and Goodwood revival.
-We also have a number of annual repeat events with other suppliers
-Risk assessment and documentation needed for health and safety
We have a number of events booked in for this and future years which has taken us a long time to get to this point, it would be great for the company to continue to flourish and work on those events.
