This West London last-mile delivery business began trading in 2015, the year it became an Amazon Delivery Service Partner and won its first fulfilment centre contract. Another fulfilment centre contract with Amazon followed and more recently it won business with DHL. It now completes around 30 routes per day, working with a self-employed team of managers and drivers.
The business has excellent relationships with Amazon, developing its processes with much support from the ecommerce giant. Consequently, it achieves exceptional results in audits and scores consistently highly in the clients’ metrics.
This is a lean business with no premises or direct employees and much potential to grow.
