Established exterior cleaning business for sale – trading successfully since April 2015.
This is a genuine opportunity to acquire an established business with a strong reputation, an existing customer base and huge potential for further growth.
The business has achieved historic annual turnovers in the region of £70,000–£80,000, and has been built largely through word of mouth, repeat recommendations and a strong local reputation, with very little investment into social media or aggressive marketing.
There is therefore significant scope for a new owner to grow the business through Facebook, Instagram, Google and other forms of online marketing.
There is also plenty of opportunity to expand the range of services offered, as well as massive potential to develop the commercial side of the business, something I have never really pursued.
