The man-made lakes have matured into an attractive fishery comprising three pools; a canal type pool, match/pleasure pool and a specimen lake extending to 1.7 acres. The total water area extends to approximately 3 acres. The fishery is otter fenced with a three-strand electric wire.
The lakes are well-stocked with mixed coarse fish species, including specimen carp to 30lbs, together with tench to 9lbs, perch to 5lbs, bream to 7lbs, roach and rudd to 2lbs.
The fishery has a timber-framed workshop and machinery store with a concrete floor. In addition is a modern, steel-framed building providing angler's WCs and shower (not currently connected). The sale includes a mobile home. Note: the fishery does not currently have permission for a permanent residence or manager's accommodation.
