Looking to sell our well established CNC manufacturing business based in Staffordshire.
It is currently run with 1 member of full time staff and the owner, which is more than enough through the year with an extra person during peak times (Christmas).
We specialise in building premium retro arcade machines, with main sales channels being our Shopify website, eBay, Amazon, wholesale and direct sales. We have recently launched a parts website which is in it's very early days but already generating sales.
There is opportunity for the right person to grow sales revenue and profits by growing the sales of flat pack kits and parts which we have only launched in the last month. Additional revenue can be generated from hire out of machines and general marketing.
Most sales have no direct involvement from the owner or team. The follow up process from a lead entering or a sale is fully automated, as is the accounting.
The business operated from a very low overhead building, or could be relocated as required. Full training and hand over will be included for 1 month post sale and up to 6 months of remote handover post sale.
Lots of equipment (well over £30k worth) is included with the business such as:
- CNC machine (8ftx4ft, 3 phase) and associated equipment
- Large amount of hand tools (drills, routers etc)
- CO2 Laser cutter and engraver
- Wide format printer (Roland 54" wide) and associated equipment
- Peugeot Expert Van (sign written, 64 reg, very reliable)
- All stock to keep the business running
We've had an excellent range of customers, including lots of corporate work and supply to many UK prisons too. All previous marketing will be provided to help with consistent revenue.
