We began our journey in November 2020, supported by a team of four developers skilled in both back end and front-end development.
Before this initiation, I dedicated three months to meticulously researching optimal technologies, programming languages, databases, and cloud systems suitable for the construction of POS.
The objective was to create a system that possesses scalability, maintainability, and user-friendliness. Additionally, the aim was for the system to be compatible with multiple operating systems.
Technology Stack: We have conducted comprehensive research and carefully selected a technology stack that not only meets the project's requirements and objectives but also addresses real-world scenarios and end-user needs. The chosen technologies provide scalability, performance, security, and ease of maintenance.
Collaboration and Communication: With a team of developers, effective collaboration, and communication to ensure smooth progress and alignment with project objectives. Utilise project management tools, version control systems, and daily meetings to keep everyone on the same page.
Agile Development: We have adopted development methodology to iterate quickly, gather feedback, and adapt to changing requirements. Agile practices such as sprints, daily stand-ups, and continuous integration to help streamline development and improve project outcomes.
Testing and Quality Assurance: We have established a testing and quality assurance process to detect and resolve bugs and issues early in the development cycle. Code reviews and comprehensive QA testing are imperative for ensuring the delivery of a dependable and top-quality POS system.
Scalability and Performance: Scalability and performance in mind as we design and develop POS. Anticipated future growth and ensure that our architecture can handle increased traffic and data volume without compromising on performance.
