A popular, well-established café is located in Wickham Market, Suffolk.
Located in the central square on High Street, the café is frequented by the local population as well as attracting tourists visiting the area and passing trade from the nearby A12 trunk road. With the village expanding due to an ongoing new housing development, trade is increasing all the time.
The café offers hot and cold drinks, breakfasts, sandwiches, toasties, and various snacks and has an alcohol license. Inside the café, there is seating for 25, and outside in the large front courtyard, there is seating for a further 32 under large umbrellas (however, there is potential for more outside seating).
There is huge scope to increase turnover by extending opening hours (currently 9:00 am to 3:00 p.m.) and by taking advantage of potential evening trade and the outside catering opportunities that arise.
