We help identify asbestos containing materials in a variety of building types and vessels. Following this we help to manage any risk and if necessary, source HSE licensed companies for any remediation work required.

With the new regulations coming in, the National Trading Standards Estate and Lettings Agency Team (NTSELAT) have published Parts B and C of their guidance on residential material information – with Part A launched in early 2022. The guidance covers residential sales and lettings across the UK.
We believe that any pre-2000 building will fall into the C then B category, thus increasing the market potential hugely.
Cost of living and budgets, but by providing a quality service, this has not been a problem in the past.
