There’s so much to do in the area from active activities including water sports in the picturesque bay, mountain climbing up one of the spectacular peaks, cycling in the Coed y Brenin Mountain Bike Centre, to the more relaxed beach lounging and sampling the vast range of local food and drink options.

We live 75 minutes away and it's been fine running the property with that distance but we're looking for a new challenge, so are ready to let the house go for the right price.

This imposing Victorian house is perfectly located on Barmouth High Street a few minutes from swathing sandy beaches and on the doorstep of Wales' rugged mountains. The train station is also a few minutes' walk. We don't have any parking outside the house but with it being so centrally located, guests unload and then park in the street opposite where we have a private space that we rent and there is a low-cost car park and free on-street parking.
