secured consent for conversion into a 2 self-catering units,
one consisting of 2 bedrooms and the other consisting of
5 bedrooms. (REF:2014/0110/LBC) Additionally, planning
permission has been granted (REF: 2014/0105/DET) for the
construction of 12 self-catering units at the rear of the site
(behind The Garth Hotel).
