Pre-pandemic a successful café business operated from the Barnstaple Bus Station. The North Devon Council would like to offer the opportunity for a new café facility on the site.
TENURE
A brand new lease is available to rent. An incoming purchaser will need to provide the usual trade/professional references for the landlord’s approval, in addition to proof of funds, ID, CV and business plan.
PROPOSAL
The North Devon District Council have engaged Webbers Commercial as their sole letting agents to find a new tenant for this venture. They plan to take down the existing corner cafe counter and install 2 new cloakrooms. The former ticket office will become a servery and the rear hallway and former two cloakrooms will be removed to provide space for a new kitchen. It will be the responsibility of the new operator to fit out the kitchen and cafe at their own expense.
