We are selling our loved coffee house in Bedfordshire.
Situated in a housing estate (the only coffee shop), a pre school and nursery across the road, community centre & play parks & playing fields across the road also.
We are very popular for our homemade cakes (made by cake supplier on the estate) and our scooped ice cream and milkshakes.
We operate 7 days a week and only close between Christmas & new year.
