Servery. This is some 13’ wide by 17’ deep. There is seating on settees backing on to the wall on the right-hand side and with chairs and tables on the left. The whole area is appealingly decorated with light wood flooring and contrasting wall coverings complementing the ‘Dinosaur’ theme. Plus a wall mounted flat screen television.
Prep area. (13’ by 21’) The flooring and wall coverings extend partially into the prep area where stainless steel equipment of a high standard has been fitted, including refrigerators, freezers, salad bar, griddle.
