We were the first company globally to develop an automated, AI-driven property management and lettings platform that successfully bridged the gap between landlords, tenants, and tradespeople.

Our journey into artificial intelligence began in 2015, long before AI became mainstream. During that time, we successfully completed a pilot programme with a major UK bank, validating both the technology and the market opportunity.

Over the years, the platform attracted interest from major industry players, further validating both the technology and the market potential.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we secured investment to support an expansion into Africa. Unfortunately, our lead investor passed away shortly afterwards, which halted those plans.

At the same time, I co-founded another successful business that has grown significantly, generating substantial annual revenues. As a result, my primary focus today is on scaling and supporting that business.

However, I remain convinced that our property technology platform represents a significant untapped opportunity. Despite advances in PropTech over the past decade, there remains a substantial gap in the market for a truly integrated, automated solution.

Throughout COVID, I intentionally switched off pricing and monetisation. Thanks to the platform's extensive automation, operating costs remained below £150 per month, allowing us to focus on organic growth and user adoption. Even today, landlords, tenants, and tradespeople continue to register and engage with the platform every month.

The platform is not a concept or prototype - it is a proven, award-winning product that has been tested extensively by real users. Over the years, we have accumulated valuable data, refined the user experience, and built strong foundations for future growth.

Although we have not actively pursued revenue generation, this was a deliberate strategic decision. The objective was to encourage users to upload their property data, integrate the platform into their daily operations, and create long-term dependency on the ecosystem before commercialisation.

Looking ahead, I see two potential paths:

1. An outright sale of the business and technology.
2. Bringing in a trusted partner, investor, or operator to lead the company while I remain involved in a strategic and advisory capacity.

I have a clear vision and roadmap for transforming the platform into the world's leading property hub; connecting landlords, tenants, tradespeople, service providers, financial products, and property-related services within a single intelligent ecosystem.

One of the platform's greatest strengths is its scalability. Having built and automated multiple businesses, I am confident that this solution can be almost entirely automated, enabling growth without a corresponding increase in operational overheads.

The opportunity is substantial, but I recognise that I cannot dedicate the time required to realise its full potential while managing my existing commitments. Therefore, I am actively seeking a trustworthy partner, investor, or acquirer who shares the vision and has the capability to take the business to the next stage of growth.
