This includes having the right advice around you, so we ensure that your accountants are fully aware of all the tax regulations and to ensure that any sale is very tax effective for the shareholders. We also ensure that you have the right corporate lawyers around you who have experience with the type of share sale agreements which will be used.
We are not the typical type of company/business sale brokerage which you can see advertised in the market.
