We are now looking for Franchise Partners who will help us to break new waves in the world of mentoring by applying our values of Love, Support and Guidance.
You will be a pillar of support within your local community, and over time will build a diverse team of passionate mentors with a common goal bring real life experience, resilience and determination within each project. Their stories and experiences give hope and purpose to every mentee that comes our way.
It’s simple really; we listen, we care, we make a difference.
We are specialists in supporting care leavers, ex-offenders, young people with EHCP’s and adults with barriers to employment. We also use our internal training model within secondary schools to create sustainable peer mentoring systems.
You will be your own boss, and work within an inclusive network of individuals who all have their own stories to tell and with our guidance we will help you replicate our proven formula for success in your local area, just like we have done across Gloucestershire and Hereford.
