The Company is a retailer and supplier of school uniforms and has utilised a self-sufficient trading model to hold a majority share of its market. The brand is extremely well established and respected to hold a very loyal and stable client base to exceed 100 schools.
The Company successfully operates a multi-faceted retail model that is unique in it’s sector. The development of its premises has very much enhanced the ability to stock a broad product range to accommodate the individual pre-branded items, and have the ability to brand clothing in-house to promote very fast lead times. This is complimented by e-commerce structure to the model that accounts for approximately 30% of the financial model and is organically supplied by the two trading units.
The Company operates at circa 38% Gross Profit Margin and has most recently generated £1.05m in revenue that is solely from retained clients.
