The business has delivered over 1000 successful events at historic venues with party sizes ranging from 25 for small dinner evenings to 1,000 guests for larger parties which included a full bar, evening meal and live entertainment. We are advised the average size of the parties cater for groups of 50-150.

Accredited status at 6 Major Unique London venues. Event revenue at these venues exceed 1.5 million and all events can only be catered for by Accredited suppliers.
Ability to deliver events at a wide range of other historic venues and tourist attractions. The opportunity to bring clients to these venues is only offered to caterers with significant experience and track record at similar locations.

Many of the historic buildings that the company uses are Grade 1 listed with most open to the public during the day. Setting up for events generally takes place within a 1 hour timeframe, expertise in terms of operational guideless to ensure that the fabric of the buildings are protected are key. They have in place processes to train staff and ensure that staff awareness of the strict operational criteria is communicated, implemented and extends to swift and efficient clear up at the end of each event.

In addition, the business planned to add team building events and outdoor activities to mirror the growth trend for Corporate summer events. They have also continued to invest heavily in online marketing activity. Campaigns included google ad campaigns and LinkedIn advertising that promoted key event packages at venues. Currently run as a lifestyle business with only 9 months of the 12 available in operation. Our client now also pays more than the industry average for a higher standard of event staff, this also includes hiring an event Manager for each event rather than working the event herself.
