Through normal circumstances, our client will work on 10-11 different jobs at any 1 time of varied sizes, ensuring the skill set of its workforce is utilised across the type of sites. Our client admits any new owner could significantly increase current Turnover levels by taking on more work, especially in the number of new jobs available with local authorities.
