Expansion Potential:

We have recently begun opening on Saturday evenings and have permission to open Thursdays and Fridays as well. We have increasing requests recently for small functions such as baby showers and birthdays, which we can accommodate in the afternoons. We also plan to increase the breakfast/brunch offering and of course there are always opportunities to move into outside catering/delivery which could be lucrative. The retail side of the business has recently launched the selling website, which did well during covid and with some expertise could grow and develop further. Sales of clothing and womens' accessories are strong and growing.

Competition / Market:

There is the usual mix of cafes, pubs and garden centres in the general area, but the offering here is premium and distinctive. The thing that almost all customers comment on is how unusual and unique it is.
