Nestled in the hamlet of Staple Street between the villages of Boughton-Under-Blean and Hernhill, the Three Horseshoes is a charming country pub located on the outskirts of Faversham, Kent.
Built over 330 years ago and the second public house ever purchased by Shepherd Neame in 1768, the Three Horseshoes wears its history with pride. The white weather boarded exterior, old oak beams; hanging hops and roaring log burning fires make it every inch the classic country pub and give it a warm and cosy feel.
Together with the more mature local community and regulars, the Three Horseshoes offers a great venue for walkers, cyclists and visitors to the local area and beautiful Mount Ephraim Gardens just 120 yards down the road.
Internally you will find a central feature bar servery, an open plan trade drinking and dining area for approx.50 covers and a good sized trade kitchen that opens on to an outdoor storage area.
To the back of the property you will find a small shingled garden area which lends itself to alfresco dining and outdoor music events during the fairer weather.
The tenants’ private accommodation includes two bedrooms, a bathroom and lounge.
Shepherd Neame is looking for new tenants to take over the Three Horseshoes in September 2023.
