Dating back to 1645, the Bull is an ancient Inn that now trades as a beautiful destination dining pub and restaurant in the heart of the Kent countryside.
Sat proudly on the A28, Ashford Road, the Bull is central to Bethersden, Smarden and High Halden villages and it is a perfect drop in spot for walkers and cyclists in the local area.
A food led operation trading seven days a week, the Bull has a varied customer base to include a strong weekend trade currently serving over 100 Sunday lunches each week together with a good base of loyal locals regularly popping in for a drink or a bite to eat.
Internally at the Bull you will find a central feature bar servery, open plan drinking and dining space for approx.90 covers, ceilings lined with old oak beams and two log burner fire places with huge cosy sofas to relax in. Outside there is a well maintained, family friendly patio area and large garden which is hugely popular during the warmer weather and that allows you to cater for a further 100 alfresco covers.
The tenant accommodation boasts private access and has recently benefited from a refurbishment scheme, it now includes a lounge, newly fitted kitchen, bathroom and large double bedroom on the first floor and two further bedrooms and extensive storage space on the second floor.
This well established and trading business is now looking for new operators and it would suit applicants with a food led background with the potential to further enhance the business.
