Branding/Sales - We are one of the leading recognized brands in London, our sales to conversions are 95% upon each visit utilising our designed sales programme. Our end customer is generally a female office Manager and our branding was designed with the end customer in mind to aid in conversion.
Recruitment - a critical area of any contract cleaning business is recruitment of cleaners. Being a transient business, rapid recruiting is vital. We're utilising a state of the art software system that allows us to rapidly recruit cleaners in minutes not days, and all within dedicated postcodes with over 10000 logged staff in the database. If you're looking to recruit in North, South, East or West London. Our systems will allow you to pitch a job to a mass audience and have the ability to communicate LIVE over SMS or email. The system allows for global reach, so the potential buyer has the ability to scale the business globally, or nationally. We are using systems and processes that large corporate recruitment agencies use.
We also utilise Facebook targeted AD's which is linked to our recruitment system which allows us to target an area and advertise a job in a LIVE environment, where by the candidate is actively looking for a job near their house or place of work for an even more enhanced conversion.
Communications - We have over 50 clients who we communicate with on dedicated WhatsApp channels. We also have Hubspot one of the leading cloud CRM databases where our team communicate with past and present clients for marketing activities. On top of this, the system is used by our sales teams to hold and analyse new sales deals within the business.
