Pitlochry is known as the Gateway to The Highlands and is a well established and popular tourist location, with a resident population of approximately 3000 being significantly boosted during the tourist season. The town of Pitlochry is on the main A9 trunk road some 25 miles north of Perth.
The Wellwood is located on the north side of West Moulin Road laying a short walk from the town centre and main retailing area. Surrounding properties are of similar character and are residential with a number of bed and breakfasts included.
